Selected by the NBA, Mariluz Cook hosted the Rising Stars and All-Star Saturday Night events at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah during the 2023 NBA All-Star Weekend. 

Mariluz serves as host of the Utah Jazz's premiere pre-game show Jazz Game Night Live at Utah Jazz home games.

Since 2021, Mariluz has served as a face and voice of the ECHL's Utah Grizzlies hockey team, as their in-arena host, as well as the host of the team's digital series Inside the Den where she interviews players about their lives on and off the ice. 

Mariluz is a sports anchor and producer for KSL 5 TV, as well as a sideline reporter for Friday night football games across the state of Utah on the station's Game Night Live.

Mariluz served as the sideline reporter and halftime show host for the 2023 Athletes Unlimited Basketball Season held at Fairpark Colosseum in Dallas, Texas. In addition to her live broadcast duties, Mariluz also produced packages for the broadcasts aired across CBS Sports, WNBA League Pass, Bally Sports, and Women's Sports Network.

Mariluz was the very first host of Big Sky Courtside, a live ESPN+ show that provided pre-game, halftime, and post-game coverage of every Big Sky Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament - 20 games in five days! Since the Big Sky Conference began its partnership with ESPN, Mariluz hosted all football and basketball media day events on ESPN+. Since its very first season in 2020, Mariluz has also written, hosted, and produced FCS ALL-IN, the Division 1 Football Championship Subdivision's only show on ESPN+. 

Mariluz served as the KSL Sports' Game Night Live sideline reporter for the 2022 and 2023 UHSAA football seasons.
